Who is Ellie?
From competitive athlete to corporate wellness expert, my journey with yoga began after multiple sports injuries threatened my active lifestyle. As a former lacrosse player, soccer player, skier and horseback rider, I discovered yoga’s unique power to not only heal physical injuries but also enhance mental focus. Now, with over two decades of practice and specialized certification, I transform workplace wellness by combining my athletic background with therapeutic yoga expertise. My personal experience of injury recovery and peak performance optimization informs every class I teach.
