On-Site Yoga Classes

  • 45 minute class with 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, Posture clinics ~ breaking down 3 postures in a session, Desk Chair Yoga options tailored to all skill levels. Includes a Pregnancy Series.
  • Postures to take the pain and pressure off all major joints and the lower back.
  • Learn exercises to develop posture while sitting in a chair, airplane or commuting.
  • Learn to create a strong and elongated spine through the posture series.
  • Classes can range from 30 to 45 minutes.

Workshops & Seminars

  • Posture Clinics: Create good posture with core strength and proper spinal alignment
  • “Lace Up Clinic” in the Spring to get ready for Spring Sports and activities: running, team sports, tennis, golf
  • “Buckle Up Clinic “for Winter Sports and outdoor activities: skiing, snowboarding, paddle, snow shoeing, hiking.
  • Optional team-building yoga sessions. Off Site locations.

Customized Programs

  • Tailored sessions focusing on specific employee needs or corporate events.
  • Posture Clinics based on specific pain or strengthening needs.
  • Meditation Sessions to calm the mind.
  • Neck Strengthening Clinic: HSS-NYC/ONS CT – physical therapists recommended for proven success.
